The Problem.
After conducting research and professional interviews, I learned that police are severely uneducated about this complex and increasingly prominent issue in College Park, MD and surrounding areas.
The Solution.
The Victi'm petition campaign aims to help young girls get out of sex trafficking circles by increasing police education. My campaign takes the unique role of using a petition to require local police enforcement officials to attend training sessions about sex trafficking. The campaign would ideally launch in a large city. Viewers see bus wraps, bus stop signs, and metro advertisements. The multi-platform website reinforces the message viewers have already seen and directs them to sign the petition.

The petition is ready to launch and I have been contacted by leaders of Safe Haven to potentially implement design materials for future use.
