About the project.

 

This project shows knowledge of responsive web design. The multi-platform designs are displayed on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Andy Gilmore is an artist I look up to. His work is vibrant and expressive. The website design aims to display and emphasize the artwork's vibrancy. I want the audience to experience an explosion of color and content when viewing the website. Images fill the space, rather than text, in order to feature the art. For easy use, Andy Gilmore will be able to upload new work on the Home page. On the Work page, art is separated into three galleries: digital, sketched and commercial. The About page includes a bio about the artist and links to external news articles about his achievements.
